It's hard to believe, but we are suddenly at our 4th anniversary, time really flies!!!
We never imagined what our little business would evolve into when we came up with the idea years ago, but I am so happy with everything so far. We started out with a website and company that nobody knew, exhibiting at small, local craft shows. Once we realized that other people saw our vision and we started to gain some momentum we started to exhibit in larger shows. Currently we exhibit in about 10 medium to large shows every year, and are planning on doing some very large trade shows this year! We also have a sales team representing our company across Canada, and are actively looking for another sales team for the U.S. market. We are available in several National pet stores across Canada, as well some independent stores in the United States.
Along the way we have expanded our product lines to include all natural health products for pets, a variety of natural toys and some accessory products. We also started distributing for some other companies, one of which we ended up acquiring a little over a year ago, named CuBowl. CuBowl offers unlaquered copper and silver plated water and food bowls for pets. As copper and silver are antimicrobial and are natural algaecides, they keep bacteria from forming in your pets' bowls, and also keep the water bowl from developing a slimy ring at the waterline.
I could not be happier with the growth we have seen, as well as the people that we get to meet on a regular basis. There is no other industry like the pet industry and I wouldn't change it for the world. What other industries do you get to meet dogs (and cats/rodents/reptiles/birds) at trade shows?

On a personal note, we are happy and excited to announce a new Boxer member to our family! Molly came to us in December as her previous owner was facing some health challenges and could no longer care for her properly. Molly is an intelligent and energetic Boxer and is getting along great with our other two Boxers, Mya and Sophie, as well as our cat Chloe. Molly just turned 3 and is absolutely loving her new life in the country with lots of room to run and play with her dog sisters and our children. Molly also seems to like her new job as an official product tester for BoxerTUFF, her favorite toy is the Good Clean Fun Football tug toy!
We are looking forward to a great 2020 and we always look forward to hearing from our customers with regards to our products, whether good or bad. The only way to improve is to acknowledge your weaknesses, so please share your thoughts with us.
